I installed the theme with the Demo pages included but need to start with a one pager before we build up. So I found a duplicate page plug in and duplicated the front page that I wanted to work with because I really just wanted to keep the slider and maybe the footer. I deleted all the rows of the visual editor except for one which is empty and it seemed to work fine but then a day later everything is visually appearing even though that pages elements are deleted. This page is called "Home" and is the static "Front Page". The site is under construction and is not viewable. I am happy to give you a login if you wish, just let me know. Thank you!
That's strange that after a day the content is showing up again. Are you sure the home page isn't linking to the default homepage (which has still all elements in the page builder)? You can check via Settings -> Reading and set the correct page in the 'Front Page' select field.
If that is correct please try to remove the elements one more time from the page builder grid and make sure there is no caching plugin activated. If the content keep returning I will take a look what is going on in the back-end.
