Hi, the Contact Form is not working no matter what I do. My client is not happy!
I have put in my email, and his email, and nothing is coming through. Please help, as I paid for this theme! On dashboard I am filling in the details under the contact section to do this, and I have put the correct email into every form and nothing is sending through.
In most cases if all fields from the contact form 7 plugin are entered correctly and the form still not send emails the mail server not responding correctly. Sending and delivery of emails from the contact form are handled by the mail server of your domain.
Lets check a couple of things: Did you entered the email address like this (with the < > symbols also) ?
If so, please install the WP Mail SMTP plugin. This plugin will take over the mail server function and in most cases that will fix the issue. After activating the plugin please navigate to Setting -> Mail.
On this page please make sure you're entering the correct mail server and port of your domain (this details are mostly send by your hosting provider when the domain name was registered). Also enter the email address that you're using inside the contact forms.
Please let me know if that did the trick. If you have any questions feel free to ask.
