Hi I am trying to redo our site with a new template which we have bought from you, however none of my images is loading in the Media folder. They are just uploading blank?
That's strange.. This should not happen. Can you provide me a login to WordPress so I can take a look at it? (Please use the 'private' reply for sending the credentials, so no one else will see them)
I de-activated Visual Composer and Revolution Slider and updated the plugins and the issue seems to be fixed. Most of the images are loading now in the media folder (see attachment). The ones who are broken are images that doesn't exist (or the path is incorrect).
If I try to upload a test image it shown as broken to. This could be caused due wrong folder permission can you follow these steps to set to correct folder permission to the upload folder and then to the files inside.
I understand your frustration and this need to be fixed
I activated the WordPress default theme (TwentySixteen) and de-activated the rest of the extra plugins that doesn't come as default but the issue remains. This means it is a server-side issue. Unfortunately I can't tell you exactly what is causing it so I will need to investigate some more and try some more steps to see what is causing it.
Can you provide me a login to FTP? I need to check and try some points. If you don't want to provide FTP login details I can list all the points for you, but I think it is easier if I could check it myself

Please let me know if that did the trick
