That should not happen. Does our theme demo (http://demos.qreativethemes.com/physio) has the same issue for you? Probably it has something to do with screen resolution.
You can use some small custom CSS (Appearance > Customize > Theme Optoons > Custom CSS) to reduce the margin right on each element:
