That requires some code customization. Because of code customization it is recommend to install the child theme to keep the possibility to update the parent theme in the future without losing the changes you've made in code.
If you can tell me on what day you want to start the week with I can change it in the code and create a child theme package for you.
A child theme is basically a blank theme that inherit the layout and functionality from the parent theme (Physio, in this case). The reason to use a child theme when there will be code customizations is to not loose the changes when you will update the Physio theme. If you want more in-depth information about child themes you can see this link. If I send you the child theme package you can install it via Appearance > Themes > Add New > Upload Theme
If everything goes well you don't see any difference only the Opening Hours days are re-ordered to your needs. Maybe some of the widgets in the footer need to be added manually again but that's all.
If you want me to change the opening hours widget and create a child theme package for you I will start after you agree with it :)
but may I ask how do you do this? I have a managed wordpress hosting from godaddy, and I cant see any files anywhere, shall I move the hosting to normal one, or keep it that way?
Please see the attachment. If you download the zip file please rename it to 'physio-qt-child' (without the quotes). Then you can upload this package via Appearance > Themes > Add New > Upload Theme.
I activated the ACF PRO plugin again because the slider was invisible. I set the logo again (with the CSS changes from your other ticket). Maybe some widgets in the Footer or Header panel need to be configured again. Unfortunately this is a WordPress issue that always happens when activating a child theme. But luckily it is just one-time.
I see you copied some CSS in the parent theme stylesheet and added it at the end of the stylesheet. Please remove line 3520 till 3542.
Do you mean you want a taller menu on desktop screen? You can do if you navigate to Appearance > Customize > Theme Options > Custom CSS
Then change the 49px value of 'main-navigation li a' to a higer value. If the logo need a bit more top margin due the menu change you can increase it via the Logo theme customizer panel
You can navigate to that via Appearance > Customizer > Theme Options > Logo
All the theme customizer settings can you find via above path, till Theme Options. In there you will find the different panels for each section of the theme.
You can do that via Appearance > Editor. In the top right corner you will see 'Select theme to edit:' I selected the Physio theme because the CSS I removed was edited in the parent theme. But please stick to the 'Physio Child Theme' if you want to make CSS changed. You will see this line '/* add your custom CSS code below */' where you can add your CSS.
Please note that colors from the theme customizer always have priority. So if you want to change, for example, the button background color please use the theme customizer for that instead of changing it in the stylesheet.
How can I change the day the opening hours week start with?

That did the trick,
but some changes happened to my page too
Hi,

Thank you, how can we make the menu a little bigger and next to the logo? Can you see the grey thin line below the logo, can we remove that?
I can fix these back no worries

I did not, can you tell me how to remove that? Maybe it was someone who helped me earlier...
how can I go to logo theme customizer panel?
the button also disappeared :(
Hi Nuha,
I removed it for you.
You can navigate to that via Appearance > Customizer > Theme Options > Logo
All the theme customizer settings can you find via above path, till Theme Options. In there you will find the different panels for each section of the theme.

Can you just advise me how did you edit the stylesheet?
Thanks
Hi,
You can do that via Appearance > Editor.
