Unfortunately Essential Grid isn't compatible with WPML (the plugin developers should really make it WPML for such a high selling plugin). But there is a 'fix' for it by creating a separate grid for each language. Easiest is to duplicate the Classic Gallery and change the duplicated grid to your own language.
