the logo for my customers site is huge in explorer on the new windows 10. any thoughts? any thoughts on why this would be happening. all other browsers it's fine
Did you uploaded the retina logo as a logo that's double the size of the regular logo? For example; if the regular logo is 245 x 90 pixels the retina logo should be uploaded as a size 490 x 180 pixels.

Yes you should upload the retina logo as double the regular size, or leave the retina logo empty to fix the issue.
