Hi Martin,
Each form need to be configured individually, let's take the regular form on the contact us page for example.
If you navigate to the "Contact" tab on your dashboard you can edit the form with the name "Contact Form"
Now click the "Mail" tab and this is where you can setup the sending/receiver email settings. Please see documentation link below:

Make sure to add the email address within the "To" and "From" fields like this (also visible in the screenshot in above documentation link.

The email address within the "from" field need to be wrapped in < > tags.
