You can do this under the "Contact" tab on the dashboard, and edit the "Contact Page" form. Under the "Mail" tab you can edit the contact form details (see attached screenshots).
Please make sure to wrap the email address you enter at the "From" setting within < > tags (as visible in the 2nd attached image), like this:
