    Hello,

    I would like to change the text in the logo https://pelvi-balance.pl/
    but I have a problem because the graphic file is not editable and I do not see a .psd version anywhere so that the settings and font type are preserved.

    Where can I find these settings/files for editing?

    If such files are not available for some strange reason, please provide specific names of font types and settings so that the text I use in the logo matches the other texts on the website.

    Hi there,

    Thank you for your message.

    The fonts used in the logo are Nunito and Open Sans and can be downloaded for free from Google Fonts:

    I have added a .zip file to the attachments below, inside the .zip file you'll find the .PSD logo template.

    Hope this helps!

    Thank you very much for the tips and the file to download :)

    I have another question, how can I change the image marked with an arrow (after clicking in the menu I don't see such an option).

    You're welcome!

    The image can be changed on the Physical Therapy page itself. The QT: Featured Page widget will grab the data from the actual page you've selected to feature.

    For example, you see the Physical Therapy page highlighted on your screenshot. If you go to the "Pages" tab on your dashboard and edit this page (not with Elementor, but just by clicking the page name) you can change the image within the right sidebar.

    Please see the following link for a screenshot of this location:

    https://docs.qreativethemes.com/docs/physio/widgets/featured-page/

    Hope this helps.

    Now I understand. Thank you for the detailed explanation.

    I have one more problem - I don't know where I can set the photos for the slider on the main page. I don't see a plugin for this anywhere. I can't change it from Elementor either :/

    By going to the "Pages" tab on the dashboard and edit the "Home" page (not in Elementor mode, but click the page name) you will see the slider field at the bottom of the page.

    Please see the following link for a screenshot: https://docs.qreativethemes.com/docs/physio/slider/

    If you prefer editing the slider within Elementor you can remove all the slides on the above mentioned slider field and save the page. Then add the "QT: Slider" widget in Elementor to add the slider to your page (see attached images).

    And thank you for the compliment! I don't ask this very often but if you have a minute would you like to give us a rating on ThemeForest? It's very easy by going to the download page of your account and hover the stars at the Physio theme: https://themeforest.net/downloads

    Thank you in advance.

    I gladly left a positive review a moment ago :)

    Returning to the template... I have no idea how to change the names of the days visible in the right column (opening hours). In the template, the names of the days are in English, I need to change the language to Polish.

    Awesome! Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review. Really appreciate it!smile.png

    The weekdays can be translated via Appearance -> Customize -> Theme Options -> Opening Hours at the "(Translate)" input fields. This is reflected in all opening hours widgets on your site.

    I have another question about Top Bar - Rightside

    I edited it according to my needs and the layout is out of whack:

    https://ibb.co/Wv5BtLW

    Why is the text lower than the icons and the <h1> heading not evenly positioned in relation to the gray block it is in (should be a little lower) ?

    How do I fix this?

    It's not about the length of the texts, I reduced them to a minimum and it's still bad:

    I managed to improve this layout by adding in css: .icon-box--title {margin-top:0px !important; }

    I just wonder why it was fine before and after editing the top menu everything fell apart.

    Anyway, problem solved (I think, I don't know yet if it will be ok on mobile).

    Hi there,

    The problem is caused by a manual change to the style.css file of the theme on your website. The following CSS selectors have been changed from:

    h1, h2, h3, h4, h5, h6 {
        font-family: "Nunito", Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;
        font-weight: bold;
        color: #464646;
        margin-top: 0;
        margin-bottom: 20px;
    }

    to this:

    h1, h2, h3, h4, h5, h6 {
        font-family: "Nunito", Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;
        font-weight: bold;
        color: #464646;
        margin-top: 32;
        margin-bottom: 20px;
    }

    The top margin value has been changed and it's missing a "px;" after the 32 value. By changing this top margin all heading elements (from H1 to H6) in the theme will have a top margin, which will create that space as visible on your attached screenshot.

    Making changes directly within the style.css file of the theme is not recommended because those will be overwritten when updating the theme.

    Best is to restore the values inside the style.css file as visible in the first CSS snippet, and add your custom CSS to Appearance -> Customize -> Additional CSS on your dashboard. All CSS added there won't be overwritten when updating the theme.

    Hope this helpssmile.png

    The page title alignment within the page header can be changed to center align via Appearance -> Customize -> Theme Options -> Page Heading at the "Alignment" setting.

    Thank you for the detailed analysis and precise explanation of the problem. I don't know why "px" doesn't appear after 32 for you, but in the code on the page in the style.css  I see "px". In any case, I forgot that I made these modifications ;) It's good that you noticed it.

    Thank you also for the information about where to place the additional css. It would indeed be a problem when updating and I didn't see a child theme where I could make such changes, so I had to put it in style.css

    I would like to bother you a little more ;)

    1. I have a small problem with the QT accordion widget: https://pelvi-balance.pl/uslugi/fizjoterapia-uroginekologiczna/ (at the bottom of the page).

    When I insert a list <ul><li> in the response, each element of the list is preceded by <br>:

    https://postimg.cc/nCmW47fc

    This causes too much space between elements.

    Do you know how I can remove this <br> tag?

    2. The widget itself is too far down. This creates a 'hole' on the page. I would like to raise it a bit by removing this margin:

    https://postimg.cc/67LT1wy4

    Unfortunately, I add: margin: 0px !important and padding:0px !important in different places, but it doesn't work. Would you have any ideas on how to do this?

    3. Can you change the type of this post on your help forum from private to publicly accessible, so that everyone can access it. I remember that this is how I set it at the beginning, so I don't know why this setting changed to "private".

    You're welcome!

    1. It seems that this happens when you enable the "Text" tab on the textarea instead of using the "Visual" tab.

    I just tried adding some text and a list element within the QT: Accordion widget on my end and didn't find any big issues (please see attached image at the bottom of this message).

    Only noticed that through this way the paragraph is not having a bottom margin and therefore the list element is a little too close to the paragraph. You can fix this by adding the following line to Appearance -> Customize -> Additional CSS:

    .panel-group .panel .panel-collapse .panel-body p:last-of-type { margin-bottom: 15px; }

    2. Unfortunately this is caused by the style.css change as well.

    Currently, a top margin of 32 pixels is set for all heading elements on your website and that means some alignment and spacing is starting to fall apart. Because the accordion title is also a heading element, it also gets the top margin of 32 pixels.

    What to do?

    The best option is to change the 32 pixels top margin back to 0 pixels and then copy/paste the following CSS code to Appearance -> Customize -> Additional CSS:

    .elementor-widget-text-editor :is(h1, h2, h3, h4, h5, h6) {
        margin-top: 32px;
    }

    This CSS ensures that only heading elements added in an Elementor text widget will have a margin top of 32 pixels, while ignoring all other headings not added in Elementor text widgets.

    If you follow the steps above you'll notice that the gap at the top of the accordion widget will go away.

    3. The support desk software we use is called Ticksy and is not our own built support desk. Unfortunately, a ticket cannot be changed from private to public. I have no idea why this is because having this option sounds like a logical option to me. I'll sent them a message and give them this as feedback, hopefully it will be implemented in the future.

    For now, if you prefer having a conversation in a public ticket feel free to open a new one and I'll make sure it will stay public.
