In all of your documentation, to install demo files, there is supposed to be a "Install Demo Data" or "Install Demo Files" under Appearance. But it's not showing up for me.
The "Import Demo Data" item will appear after installing and activating all required and recommended plugins for the theme. You can do this under Appearance -> Install Plugins. Make sure to activate the plugins as well after installing them:
