1. I assume you mean to add services to the menu submenu? (see 1st attached image).
You can do this by going to Appearance -> Menus on your dashboard and select the "Main Navigation" to edit. There you can edit/add/remove the menu structure of the theme.
The "Book Appointment" button in the header can be edited under Appearance -> Customize -> Theme Options -> Header at the "Header button" section.
2. Sure, this will be possible but requires a few steps in order to set everything up. Basically you have to create a new page for each single therapist and also create a separate booking calendar for each therapist. You can follow the steps below to do this.
Creating the summary therapist page and single therapists pages
The best way is to create a summary therapists page where you add all therapists to (by using the "QT: Team Member" element for example). And then create a new page for each single therapist.
Creating the booking calendar for each therapist
Now the pages have been created you can create a new booking calendar for each therapist under Appointments -> Calendars (see 2nd attached image).
When all calendars have been created go to Appointments -> Settings -> Time Slots and select a therapist from the dropdown menu. Now you can add the bookable hours for this specific therapists (see 3rd attached image).
Add the booking calendar from a therapist to the single therapist page
The last step is to add each booking calendar to each of the single therapist pages.
Go to Appointments -> Calendars and hover the first therapist calendar name. In the browser bar at the very bottom you will see a long link that contain a "ID" parameter. This ID have a number, remember this number.
Now edit the single therapist page and add a "QT: Appointment Calendar" to the page. Enable the "Specify calendar" switch and add the ID number to the "ID" input field to display the specific calendar for this specific therapist (see 4th attached image).
