Unfortunately I have never tried any chat plugins myself, nor ever installed a chat plugin on the Physio theme, so I can't really recommend you one.
Only thing I know is that the way these plugins works varies. From chats that will be connected to your WhatsApp account, to chats that require a subscription on a 3rd party company service and anything in between. The following plugins looks popular so I would give these a try if you want to use it:
I'm using the Click to Chat pluging by HoliThemes as the one you mentioned has some paid features (a message is shown to the customer before he talks to me through WhatsApp and I can only delete or modify it if I get the paid plugin).
