1. Change header layout only for the homepage

If you would like to change the header layout only on the homepage you can edit the homepage under the Pages tab (just click the home title name, don't edit the page with Elementor) and scroll to the bottom of the page. There you'll find the "Header Layout" setting to change the header layout for this page only (please see attached image below).

2. Serving the "home transparent" page as actual homepage

Or, if you mean you would like to serve the pre-built demo homepages that's called "Homepage Transparent" as the actual homepage of your website you can do this by going to Settings -> Reading and select the "Header transparent" page at the "Homepage" select field and save the settings.
