The best way to change the page title name and page url slug is by following these steps:

1. Restore the original page title name within the area of your attached screenshot
2. Save the settings
3. Navigate to the "Pages" tab
4. Press the "Quick Edit" link under the Manhatten and Jersey page title names
5. Change the "Title" and "Slug" fields
6. Press the Update button

Now the page title and url slug (also in the breadcrumb trail) should be changed.
