You have 2 zip file possibilities to download - the full install plus documentation and just the WP file. When I try to install the full, I get "The link you followed has expired. Please try again. " When I try to install just WP file I get "The uploaded file exceeds the upload_max_filesize directive in php.ini."
On the download page of your ThemeForest account you can download the "Installable WordPress files only" package. This package can be uploaded to your WordPress dashboard.
When WordPress return the "The uploaded file exceeds the upload_max_filesize in php.ini" error this means the file upload size of your server has been reduced by your hosting provider.
There are two ways to fix this:
1. Increase the upload_max_filesize of the server
The upload_max_filesize value within the PHP.ini file of the server need to be increased to at least 2.6M (this is the theme folder size) but I'll recommend to set to 32M.
If you're not familiar with this you can ask your hosting provider to do this for you. They will be happy to do this for you and this will not increase the cost of your hosting package. After doing this you can upload the installable theme file package to your WordPress dashboard.
2. Upload theme through FTP
Another way is to upload the unzipped theme folder through FTP to the following path on your server /wordpress/wp-content/themes/
If you're not familiar with using FTP I would be happy to do this for you but I need an FTP login to the server.
My advice
If I may advice, I would go for point 1 and let your hosting provider increase the upload_max_filesize and also let them adjust the following PHP details so you'll know the theme will run smooth on your server:
max_execution_time 120
memory_limit 128M
post_max_size 32M
upload_max_filesize 32M
Hope this helps, let me know if you have any questions!
