I would like to assign the default calendar to the booking agent because it shows the administrator should assign a calendar to the booking agent. How can I do that as an administrator?

I have send you a direct email with my reply, but right after I did that it seems that the support desk is working again and they have fixed the bug so I will copy my reply also in here.
The default calendar is always assigned to the administrator, this can't be changed.
If you need to assign a calendar to a booking agent you have to create a calendar under Appointments -> Calendars (while logged in as administrator) and there you can assign the calendar to the booking agent profile.
