I would likeĀ to assign the default calendar to the booking agent because it shows the administrator should assign a calendar to the booking agent. How can IĀ do that as an administrator?

I have send you a direct email with my reply, but right after IĀ did that it seems that the support desk is working again and they have fixed the bug so IĀ will copy my reply also in here.
The default calendar is always assigned to the administrator, this can't be changed.Ā
If you need to assign a calendar to a booking agent you have to create a calendar underĀ Appointments -> Calendars (while logged in as administrator) and there you can assign the calendar to the booking agent profile.
