I converted the article to blocks but unfortunately, even if I saved the changes, when I opened it the blocks weren't there anymore. I got this problem before and don't know how to avoid it. Maybe you have some workaround to share?
Also, on the editor, I see this (you will notice the buttons 'Previous article' and 'Next article' on the left side):
I just tried this on my local theme installation but couldn't find any problems.
Did you, after selecting the "next post" and "previous post" elements wrote a custom text within those blocks? By default there is only a placeholder text visible but I don't think the elements will be visible without adding a custom text on it.
Regarding the post being pushed into the "Classic Block" I have no clue unfortunately. If you want I can take a closer look to see if I can figure it out but I'm not sure.
Unfortunately WordPress is not able to transform everything into default editor blocks due to the classic block that is being used to write everything in.
I have manually added everything over to default blocks so now the next and previous post links are showing up as well. This seems to be the only way to fix this:
Hi Barry,
I added the Previous and Next buttons to all my articles.
For some reasons they don't show for https://tuinasimo.com/surmonter-addiction-grace-massage-tuina/ and https://tuinasimo.com/douleurs-menstruelles/
Could you please help with this issue?
Thanks a lot, Simo

Hi Barry,
Thanks for your answer. Yes please take a look to this issue by connecting to WP directly.
I exactly proceeded like I did for the others article but I noticed this problem only with 2 out of 5 (https://tuinasimo.com/surmonter-addiction-grace-massage-tuina/ and https://tuinasimo.com/douleurs-menstruelles/).
Same for the blocks, I was able to convert all articles into blocks that stayed as blocks except for 1 article https://tuinasimo.com/surmonter-addiction-grace-massage-tuina/
Hope you'll find some clues!
