When I write an article, I'm not able to make a carriage return. For example, if you look at this article, I am not able to skip a line after 'Localisation' and 'Actions' to make them look like 'Indications' (see orange rectangles and line below):

Regarding your second question you have to follow the steps first in the above link. Then if you want to add some space between elements you can add the "Spacer" element (see attached image).
