This will be possible by removing the parent page setting from this specific page.
In your attached screenshot where you added the green rectangle around the "Order" setting you see 2 settings above that the "Parent" setting. That one need to be changed to "(no parent)" and update the page.
A logic URL structure could help but page content is definitely the most important.
When changing an URL Google need to reindex the new URL, how long this will take is up to Google. You can speed up this process by using the URL inspection tool in the Google Search Console but then it still could take at least a few days before the page will be crawled: https://www.reliablesoft.net/force-google-crawl-a-site/#force-site-reindex

Question about the google indexation: is the url form important or does it relate mostly on the page content?
Also, when I change a url, does it affect the indexation and then I need to wait even more time to get a good one?
