We have tried every file possible, but the logo is continuing to show up as a broken link. Plus the Revslider plugin caused a "critical error" on our site and prevented logins. It had to be disabled. How do we fix these areas!
Most likely this issue is caused because your website is served over a HTTPS connection but your WordPress installation hasn't been configured for this yet.
Can you check the following:
Go to Settings -> General
At the "WordPress Address" and "Site Address" settings make sure the prefix is HTTPS (instead of HTTP)
Save the settings
Go to Appearance -> Customize -> Theme Options -> Logo
Delete the current logo
Reselect the logo image from the media library
Save the settings
Now the logo should be visible again.
Regarding Revolution Slider, this plugin don't come with our theme. If you experience any problems due to this plugin please reach out the their support desk:
