Hi there,
For the Elementor Page Builder you can change this at the Breakpoint settings. You can find this setting while editing a page and follow this path:
https://streamable.com/wsvktz
At the "Mobile breakpoint" enter 992
And at the "Tablet breakpoint" enter 1200
Then save the settings at the bottom of the panel.
