I followed the theme install instruction inside of the theme folder, but there is not option to "one click import demo". The plugin is indeed installed and active, but the option to import the demo does not appear under Appearance.
Most likely an additional installed plugin overwrites the "Import Demo Data" tab from the one click demo importer. Can you check by deactivating any additional installed plugin from your hosting provider.
We know from a previous ticket that the "SiteGround Central" plugin from SiteGround hosting causes this issue. If there are no additional installed plugins is there any chance I can take a closer look in the back-end?
You can delete the One Click Demo Import plugin after and re-activate SiteGround Central if you want. If you're not going to use that plugin I recommend to delete it as well.
Unfortunately we are not allowed to include the images in the theme due to licensing and copyright of the images, this is mentioned on the item page on ThemeForest.

Does the demo NOT come with the stock photos? Not a big deal if it doesn't, but I am seeing blank images with dimensions on them.

Another option is to visit Freepik which offer a large collection of high quality stock photography that can be used for free.
