You can remove the duplicated menu items (without sub items) under Appearance -> Menus by selecting the "Primary Navigation" from the dropdown field. Please see attached image for the steps.
After removing the duplicated items make sure to save the settings with the blue button at the bottom of the page.
The contact details in the header topbar can be edited under Appearance -> Widgets by clicking the "Topbar - Right Side" panel on the right side of the screen.
The first and second "QT: Icon Box" widgets contain the address and phone number.
