I've been having multiple issues with your theme lately. I've logged tickets with Polylang, Popup Builder, etc.
I updated to your latest theme but still did not fix any of the issues.
1 - Font Awesome shortcode no longer works. QT: Icon Box does work. I can't seem to activate "QreativeShortcodes" plugin which may be the problem. I did not disactivate it.
2 - Popup Builder stopped working completely. I had to change plugin. Went with WP Popups. It works but not my favourite.
3- Polylang is acting up. I can't sync with the correct translated language page. I logged a ticket with them but they seem to think that there's something wrong with my website. It works everywhere else.

1. The QreativeShortcodes plugin has been replaced by the "The Landscaper Toolkit" plugin. You can remove the QreativeShortcodes plugin from your website.
Can you try to go to Appearance -> Customize -> Theme Options -> Font Awesome and set the first setting to "Version 5"
And the fallback setting (will be visible after changing the first setting) to "Enable" to see if that fixes the issue?
2. A popup builder is not a plugin that comes with our theme so it is hard for me to say why it stopped working. If you experience any issues with that plugin I have to recommend to get in touch with their support to let them have a closer look.
3. Is there any chance I can check this out myself at the back-end of your website? If you can tell me the steps you tried I can take a closer look to find out what is causing the issue. The Polylang plugin is not a default plugin that is used with our theme so we don't provide full support for it but I'm more than willing to take a closer look.
All fixed!!! Everything I mentioned in my ticket is now working.
I'm not sure exactly what was causing the problem but here is what I did:
- I deleted QreativeShortcodes plugin
- Then I realized that the Landscaper Toolkit need to be updated. I did the update.
It wasn't the standard obvious update required that I typically see with plugins. It was written in small blue text. There was also no mention of an update required in the dashboard.
That's strange.. I just tested this on my local theme installation but could not find anything, the update notice is visible at the top of the admin dashboard. I'll do some more testing later to see if I can find something.
