I am trying to create a blog template that will be used with each blog post. I see or at least I think I can copy and clone layouts for Pages but can't seem to with Posts. I was able to insert some existing Page templates and it has the demo data but I can't seem to get the SiteOrigin edit frames to show or edit the demo data. Clicking on Block/SitreOrigin Layout does nothing. . Once I get a Post the way I like it how do I make it a template so it can be used for all posts?
The best option is to setup a template and install the Duplicate Page and Post plugin. After activating the plugin you can duplicate a post or page by clicking the text link under the post/page title:
I have never used the duplication plugin from Yoast. There are a couple duplication plugins available and the one I mentioned in my previous reply seems to work without any problems. Therefore that is the one I always recommend to use.
Feel free to test and use the one from Yoast but I don't know if that one is compatible with the theme.
