I'm not familiar with SiteLock but it seems like you've received a marketing/advertisement email rather than a message to warn you for a vulnerability on your website.
First they refer to the "core CMS" which is the WordPress CMS installation and not the theme you're using or plugins. Second, if they really found a vulnerability in the WordPress CMS like they say they could've better notice Automattic about this (Automattic is the company behind WordPress) instead of you, as an individual website owner that is only using WordPress.
Personally, I shouldn't click on any of those links in the email nor I should purchase one of their services. This seems like a vague advertisement of their services.
If you want a good security plugin for WordPress I recommend to install one of the following plugins that are free to use:
