You can edit the team member by editing the "QT: Team Member" widgets in the page builder grid (see attachment).
If the page builder is not visible for you but only a textarea you probably have outdated version of the Advanced Custom Fields PRO and Essential Grid plugin running on your website that cause this issue.
From this point please follow these steps:
1. Update the theme to the latest version. You can get the latest theme version from the download page of your ThemeForest account. The steps to update the theme can be seen in the following article:

Or do I have to edit straight from the text editor ?
