When I import the theme. I wanted to start with the demo data. However, this somehow doesn't include the pictures. That's fine if it doesn't, but I would then need the carousel (slider) to go away.

I need either the demo pics, or the slider removed. Neither seem to be an option.

    Hi there,

Thank you for purchasing the Thermen WordPress theme.

Unfortunately we're not allowed to include the images we use in the theme demo due to licensing and copyrights. All images are replaced with placeholders, this is mentioned on the theme item page on ThemeForest.

If you need the images please see the link below. The article contain a summary of links to all images at the stock photography provider where you can buy the images in case you need them.

To hide the slider from the homepage please follow these steps:

    1. Go to the "Pages" tab and edit the homepage

    2. Scroll to the "Slider" field located at the bottom of the page

    3. Hover a slide and click on the minus symbol on the right side (see attachment)

Repeat step 3 for the other two slides and then save the page.

    Hope this helps.

    Best regards,
    Barry

    Hi Barry,

Thanks for getting back to me!

I tried following the steps to get rid of the slider. However, there is no slider option.

I found this online too but I just don't see this option under the pages tab.

    Thanks,

    Joshua

    Barry,

I've got another problem for ya.

I'm sure it's me, but I can't get my font style to stick.

I change the font style of a few things on my site to Julius Sans One using Elementor. The changes show up, and I click updata.

After updating in Elementor I navigate back to the site in an incognito browser, and see that the font style in fact has not changed. Also, when I view the site from the wp-admin, it's also unchanged.

But when I navigate back into Elementor, it's changed to Julius Sans One, just how it should be.

I have cleared caches and regenerated the css files

Let me know what I'm doing wrong.

    Thanks,

    Joshua

    Hi Joshua,

You can change the font of the theme under Appearance -> Customize -> Typography -> Body

At the secondary font setting you can enter "Julius Sans One". Please make sure to change the font weight at the font weight setting to "400" as this is the only available weight for this specific font according to Google.

Now the headings should change to the entered font.

    Best regards,
    Barry
