    Hi there,

    You need to check a few things to make sure people could register their account on your website.

    1. Go to Appointments -> Settings and set the "Booking Type" setting to "Registered Booking" and save the settings

    2. Create a page that includes the following shortcode, this will be the page where visitors can register an account.

    [booked-profile]

    Please note that the registration form is only visible if you're logged out. When you're logged in on WordPress the registration form is not visible.
