These texts are the categories that each gallery posts is assigned to under the "Galleries" tab in the admin menu.
If you want to change this to your own categories you can edit each post and change the category name at the right side of the post (see "change-category" attached screenshot).
Or if you don't want to display the category under the images you need to edit the grid skin by following these steps:
1. Go to Ess. Grid -> Item Skin Editor
2. Click on the last page in the pagination
3. Edit the "The Landscaper Home" skin by clicking the water drop icon
4. Follow the steps in the "remove-category" attached screenshot
On the Galleries
There is a head text by default it says Garde,patio just like that above Walkout Patio thant i just can't find where to edit it.
Same thing about
Modern garden,
above that is the same writing Garde,patio that i can edit it.
