Hello Support, I would just like to stay how great this template is. Simple and easy to use. My only problem is the before and after plugin by twenty does not seem to load properly like your demo.

I have attached 2 images for you to look at
image1.jpg shows you what i see in firefox latest browser which is no images.

image2.jpg when I use ctrl - and zoom out to 90% they appear and when I go back to 100% it works but then if you go to another page and come back again it goes back to the same as image1.jpg one again

Any help with getting it to work would on first load would be very appreciated.

    Hi there,

Thank you for purchasing the The Landscaper WordPress theme, and thank you for the compliment! I'm glad to hear you like working with the themesmile.png

By inspecting the source code I see that there is a "lazyloaded" class added to the images. Probably this lazy load image function is causing an issue with the initializing function of the before/after slider plugin.

Can you try to disable the lazyloading function (I'm not sure what plugin you're using for this) to see if that fixes the issue?

    Best regards,
    Barry

Thanks for getting back to me so quick, from what I can see in my installed plugins there is no lazyload, can you guide me to what I should be looking for here? Where would I be able to locate this? Do I need to ask my host about this?

Unfortunately image lazy loading is not in the theme or default plugins, this has to come from an additional installed plugin.

From the front-end source code I see that the images also got a class called"ls-is-cached" that could refer to the LiteSpeed Cache plugin, but this is something that I can only guess.

If you want me to find this out where the lazyloading is coming from I need to take a closer look in the back-end of your website.

    Best regards,
    Barry

Thank you again for the quick response I disabled lazy load and it works perfectly. It is set as a default by host and once turned off page works great. Thanks for your help with this. You may close this ticket.
