Please make sure you have changed the sending/receiver settings inside the forms. You can do this by navigating to the "Contact" tab in the admin menu and edit the form you're testing.
Inside the "Mail" tab you need to add your email address at the "To" and "From" fields. At the "From" field you email address should be wrapped within arrow symbols like:
If the form still doesn't send the message after doing above steps you need to install the WP Mail SMTP plugin and configure this plugin to make a secure connection with the mail server of your domain. Some mail servers are blocking the request of these forms without a secure connection so this plugin is needed in that case.
When I test my form on my contact page I get these errors when trying to submit.
