Trying to change Downloaded Theme Start, but cannot change company address and phone at the top of the first page. Shift Click does not work. I turned off pop-up blocker for this website.
You can edit these details via Appearance -> Widgets.
On the right side of that page click on the "Header" panel and you will see 3 "QT: Icon Box" widgets that contain these details (see attached screenshot).
