I am not using the online book appointment feature and I want to remove the "Book Appointment" button next to the Main Navigation menu. I cannot locate the place where I can edit this. Please see the attached picture.
The button can be removed via Appearance -> Customize -> Theme Options -> Header by removing the text and url from the "Button Text" and "Button URL" input fields.
