    Hello, I have installed your theme and I am in the process of activating all the required plugins before importing the demo content but I am running into problems with two of the required plugins.

    I am able to install Breadcrumb NavXT, but when I try to activate the plugin it just takes me to a blank screen and it is still not activated. I assume this plugin is necessary but, if not, please let me know so I can move forward without it. If it is necessary, please let me know how I can go about activating it.

    When I try to install WooCommerce, I get an error message that the "destination folder already exists." However, it is not listed on the page of installed plugins and still appears as not installed on the list of required plugins. We are not going to be selling any products through our website so is this plugin required to move forward with importing the demo content? I understand that none of the WooCommerce related demo content would come over, but that will not be a problem because we will not be using that plugin at all once our site is live.

    Hi there,

    The Breadcrumbs NavXT plugin is not required to use the theme. This plugin will only show the breadcrumb path under the page title for each page and post. If you do not want this anyway you can keep this plugin de-activated. If you do I really need to take a closer look in the back-end to find out what's going on.

    For the WooCommerce plugin this means that the WooCoomerce folder already exist in the plugin folder on your server. You can fix this issue by logging in to your server through FTP or your webhosting panel and delete the "woocommerce" folder on the following path:

    /wordpress/wp-content/plugins/

    Then you can re-install the WooCommerce plugin through the WordPress dashboard. If you're not going to use WooCommerce at all you can simply ignore the notice to install this plugin.

    Thank you very much! We don't need either plugin so I went ahead and deleted the WooCommerce folder and will just ignore activating that and Breadcrumbs in order to continue with our website development. We really appreciate the help and the very quick reply!
