Thank you for adding the screencast.

The images of the "QT: Featured Page" widget can be changed on the page you selected to feature.

For example; To change the image of the "Lawn & Garden Care" block please follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the Pages tab in the admin menu and edit the "Lawn & Garden Care"

2. On the right side of the page you can change the image at the "Featured Image" option

3. Save the page

You can repeat these steps for the other 2 widgets.
