For me only on the homepage the logo doesn't show up. This could be because you're using the ''transparent'' header layout on the homepage and the logo has not been added the the "Theme logo transparent" option in the theme customizer. On all other pages the logo is visible at my side.
Can you navigate to Appearance -> Customize -> Theme Options -> Logo and check if you have added the logo also to the "Theme logo transparent" option.

First of all thank you for the compliment!
This header layout is using the "transparent logo" setting in the customizer which will only be visible if you select this header layout from there.
Please following these steps:
1. Navigate to Appearance - > Customize -> Theme Options -> Header
2. Change the "header layout" setting to "Transparent"
3. Navigate to the Logo customizer panel and change the logo at the "Transparent Logo" options
4. Navigate back to the Header customizer panel and change the "header layout" back to "Default"
5. Save the settings.
