I have uploaded the theme, plug ins and demo to wordpress.
Now when i click on themes / customize. And the customizer page loads, the side bar is visible but the webpage isnt and instead there is a statement saying
"The page isn’t redirecting properly
An error occurred during a connection to danielmasseyphysio.co.uk
This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies."
Do you see this issue only on the theme customizer page? And does it happen in other browsers?
Can you check if you have added the correct url to the "WordPress Address URL" and "Site URL" settings under Settings -> General?

If the issue remain could you provide me a login to the website (username, password) and FTP (host, username, password) and I will take a closer look to find out what is causing this issue.
If you send the reply with the credentials please click the "private" switch on the right.
The login details you provided me for FTP are not the actual FTP login details but the login details to your account at the hosting provider. Here you can only access the domain settings and not the server where the WordPress files and theme files are stored on.
Can you provide me the correct FTP login details?
I do have a question; I see that the default button color of the theme is changed. This is only possible from the theme customizer area so that mean it worked before. Did you made any changes somewhere and then noticed the theme customizer did not work anymore?
I have checked some settings but could not find the issue. The issue is clearly a domain issue as the browser is ending up in a redirecting loop and stop loading the page. Domain settings are not coming from the theme and can only be changed at your hosting provider and at the wordpress.com area.
Most likely it has something to do that the "Site URL" and "WordPress Address" are saved as https but on wordpress.com and at your hosting provider the domain is set without this. When I do a ping check to danielmasseyphysio.co.uk with https and http it return "unknown host", but without https or http the host is known.
Normally in these cases I will check the wp-config.php file and .htaccess file on the server and update the domain/url paths but I can't edit these because WordPress.com hosting doesn't allow that.
I do notice that when you change the "Primary Color" setting under Appearance -> Customize -> Theme Options -> Colors & Layout the preview website will show up without any issues. You can use that workaround to use the customizer preview area. Otherwise I recommend to get in touch with the support of wordpress.com and explain the situation so they can take a closer look at the domain settings.
The theme and customizer area are working correctly at my side. I noticed some widgets were added to the wrong widget area so I have reordered them to the correct locations.
