We don't have an Italian translation for the Booked plugin because we're not the developers of this plugin but simply bundle it with our theme.
If you want to translate the plugin to Italian you can do that on two ways:
1. By translating the language file with an program like PoEdit 2. By installing the Loco Translate plugin and translate the text strings from the WordPress dashboard (easiest and fastest way).
