The menu is not imported successfully and is currently empty. This is not really an issue because you can easily add some pages to this menu under Appearance -> Menu's -> Primary Navigation.
At the Pages panel you can click the "View All" and start adding some pages to this menu. Now the links should appear in the front-end of the website.

I am importing the demo content for the first time but menu bar is coming blank.

It looks like the menu is not assigned to the location. Please navigate to Appearance -> Menu's and select the "Primary Navigation".
At the Menu Settings option at the bottom please select the "Primary Menu" checkbox and save the settings (see screenshot).
That should fix the issue.
