First make sure the service menu contain some links. You can check this via Appearance -> Menu's and then select the "Services Navigation" from the select field.
When the menu contain some links you can display this in the sidebar if you navigate to Appearance -> Widgets and add the "Navigation Menu" widget to the Page Sidebar panel. Inside this widget you can select the "Services Navigation" to display.
