I have tried my darnedest to figure it out, but I cannot see a way to merge the text on the bottom footer just into one line. I can't see to change the format from left box and right box to just one box. It looks silly as is currently.
The bottom footer contain 2 columns by default. I have added all texts in the left column and used some custom css to make this column full width centered as requested in your attached screenshot.
