I would like to remove the Booking button from my homepage as I will not implement this feature at the moment on my website however I don't seem to be able to find where to remove it from the WP admin console.
You can hide the button via Appearance -> Customize -> Theme Options -> Header. Inside the panel you will find 2 controls (one for desktop and one for mobile screens) to hide or display the button.
