    We have an issue with the appointment setting. 

    Though we have configured time slots for the morning and the evening, visitors to the website can see only the pm / afternoon timings and not the morning timings. Please advise how the calendar becomes visible for both morning and the afternoon. 

    The website is hosted with a hosting provider in the US but the business is in India. Therefore we need the calendar to work for the Indian Standard Time (IST). How can we ensure that timings will work for India time, so according to IST times in India, appointment times that are past due should not be accessible and only forward looking appointments should be available for booking. 

    Need some direction on resolving the am calendar visibility issue and the configuration of IST as the reference time for this calendar.

    Hi there,

    The am/pm timeslots should work correctly. I just have tested this and did not notice any issues. Please see the attachment images. Can you check if you have installed the latest plugin update of the Booked plugin (via Plugins -> Booked -> Check updates). 

    The booked appointment calendar plugin is using the time option from WordPress. You can change the time settings via Settings -> General. Indian Standard Time (IST) is UTC +5:30.

    Thank you Barry! We shall check this out and get back to you if we face any challenges. I was somehow waiting for a notification of this response in my email via Themeforest Envato login email. Since we still have about 5 days of support left on this theme, I hope you will help us just in case we overshoot by a day or two?

    Thank you very much. I did not initially get any email that you had already responded. When I logged in to check I saw your response. And it is the weekend now. Thanks again for the support. Hopefully we resolve the issue with the direction we've received thus far.

    Barry, thanks we have received a later email. 

    Presently we have done what you asked us to do - update the plugin and also configure the WP time settings. However, the issue is not resolved.

    If you need the website wp-admin credentials to trouble shoot, I shall provide them. Please respond at the earliest. We need to complete the website, fully functional and baseline it for our client. But the Appointment Booking calendar has been an intractable issue for us.
