Is it possible to add an internal link. ie, ask a question higher on the page that you click to move lower on the page? Do you need to do it via html or is there a widget?
This is possible by pointing the link to the ID of the element. For example:
1, Add a text link with a href of #question, please see first attached screenshot. 2. Edit the specific row (hover wrench icon, click edit row) where to link will go to, click the Attributes panel and add question in the row ID input field, see second attached screenshot.
If you want a smooth scroll animation when clicking on the link please use the Page scroll to id plugin. After installing navigate to Settings -> Page scroll to id and add "a" (without "") in the first option input field, so the default rel attribute need to be removed.

If you have any questions, please let me know.
