    Hello, please, I'd like to remove the font style variation for the whole site and set everything to bold. Can you help me with that?

    Do you mean you want every text element on your website in bold font weight?

    Hi! Thanks for your reply. 

    No, I attached a print that on the left side you read "Cirurgias e Procedimentos Estéticos". 

    Cirurgias is "normal"

    Procedimentos Estéticos is "bold" 

    I want everything bold, "Cirurgias e Procedimentos Estéticos".

    This happens in other situations as well. A little under on Dr. Luiz Paulo Barbosa and Dúvidas sobre cirurgias? as you scroll down.

    Thank you for attaching the screenshot Rosa.

    Please add the following under Appearance > Customize > Theme Options > Custom CSS:

    .content-area span.normal, .widget-title { font-weight: bold; }

    That should do the trick.
