Does this issue happens on more pages, or is it limited to a single page? I see the narrowed issue only on the homepage and it is caused by a padding that's added to the page builder row.
If you edit the row and click on the layout panel please make sure you delete the value from the 2nd and 4th input field of the padding setting.

I saw that in smartphone screen the content of the page looks very very narrow, centered in the middle.
You know what causes this strange issue?
