Please follow these steps:

1. Navigate to Ess. Grid -> Edit settings (of the specific grid)
2. Click 'Skins' (horizontal tab
3. Click the small blue 'Edit Skin' button

To change the default state (grey color) please change the background color value of line 33
T change the hover and selected state (green color) please change the values of line 66 and line 68

4. Click 'save navigation skin' button
5. Click the green button in the top right corner to save all settings

and change the color value (for the hover state) of line 68
