    Hi,

can i add a textfield for my costumers? so that they can insert a Voucher Code or Someting?

How can i produce a PDF Voucher for download and sell?

Is that possible with this version in this theme?

    Hi there,

This is possible, but requires some steps to configure.

    1. Please navigate to Appointment -> Settings
    2. Click the 'Custom Fields' horizontal tab
    3. If you want to create a textfield (for a voucher code as example) click on the 'Single Line Text' button
    4. Add a label 'Voucher Code' and if it needs to be a required field click the checkbox.

Now we need to add the field to the email template output so you will receive the content in the email

    1. Click on 'Emails' horizontal tab
    2. Click on 'Admin/Agent Emails' in the horizontal tab below
    3. Scroll to the 'Admin/Agent Appointment Reminder Content' textarea
    4. Add the following texts on a position you want in the textarea:

    Additional Information:
    %customfields%

    5. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the 'Save Settings' button

You can create and sell PDF vouchers with this plugin (free plugin), or this one (paid plugin). But unfortunately there is no option to verify the code within the bookings modal. This is because the Booked plugin doesn't offer integrations with these plugins.

If you have any questions, feel free to ask

    Best regards,

    Thanks for this.

I have another question about "Booked" - i have a single calendar. My costumers should book 2 different appointments, 1 hour or half an hour. But how to install that? because if the costumer is booking one hour the half hour is still bookable.

You know what i mean? f.e. at 9am a costumer wants 1 hour appointment so the half hour appointment from 9am to 9:30 must be impossible to book so when i have 15min between the appointments f.e. the next possible half hour appointment would be at 10:15am.

But i cannot calibrate it that it fits :-( may you help me please. Thanks.

    Hi there,

    You're welcome!

You can change the time slot interval under Appointments -> Settings. Then you can add your time slots under the 'Time Slots' tab and add the time tot is need for 1 appointment.

I just searched through the Booked plugin documentation and comment section on the item page but this option isn't available unfortunately. Each time slot will be handled as a single one and others slots within that same time won't be connected to each other.

Also checked if I could point you to another booking plugin that has this feature (the popular Bookly plugin) but none of them have this.

If you have any questions, feel free to ask.

    Best regards,
    Barry

Thanks, so i can per Day only use halb Hour Appointments and on the next only 1 hour Appointments?

So my Costumers cannot book different Appointments a day?

    Hi,

You can create as many time slots you want/need for a day. By changing the interval setting for the time slot you can also create slots for an half an hour, or even for 5 minutes.

But according from your question. (for example) If you created a 1 hour time slot from 8:00 till 9:00, and another time slot from 8:30 till 9:00 the last slot won't be greyed out if you book the 1 hour appointment. This feature is unfortunately not available in this plugin, and other plugins I inspected.

    Best regards,
    Barry
